The New Unitree AS2 Arrives Soon at Synergy Tech

Although it is not yet available for immediate delivery, this robot is about to revolutionize the national market, setting a new standard that combines the agility of compact models with the raw strength of industrial robots.

The Unitree AS2 is not just an evolution; it is a redesign built for extreme performance. Weighing just 18 kg, this device offers a dynamic capacity that doubles that of its predecessor, the popular Go2. This is made possible by a torque-to-weight ratio of 5 N·m/kg and a maximum joint torque of up to 90 N·m, granting it unprecedented strength for its size.

Industrial Performance Under Any Condition

Unlike other robots in its category, the AS2 has been designed to work in real, demanding environments. Thanks to its IP54 certification, it is resistant to dust and rain, which, along with its aluminum alloy structure, makes it the perfect ally for outdoor inspections or industrial plants.

Its bionic mobility allows it to:

• Reach speeds exceeding 5 m/s.
• Overcome obstacles up to 25 cm and climb platforms up to 50 cm.
• Climb slopes up to 40° with total stability.

Autonomy for Critical Missions

One of the key strengths positioning it as a leader is its high-capacity 648 Wh (15,000 mAh) battery. At Synergy Tech, we know that productivity depends on operation time, and the AS2 delivers:

• Unloaded: More than 4 hours of autonomy (covering over 20 km).
• With maximum load (15 kg): More than 2.5 hours of continuous operation.

Three Versions for Every Need: Air, Pro, and EDU

To adapt to every sector, the Unitree AS2 will arrive in three different configurations:

1. As2 Air: The entry-level version, ideal for agile tasks and basic mobility.
2. As2 Pro: Enhanced performance with IP54 protection and longer battery life.
3. As2 EDU: The ultimate platform for research centers and developers. It is the only version that supports secondary development, includes an automatic charging station (Dock), and allows for the integration of additional computing power like the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX.

Intelligence and Centimetric Precision

Equipped with an 8-core CPU and the advanced ISS 3.0 system, the AS2 guarantees intelligent tracking and autonomous navigation with centimetric precision. Furthermore, thanks to continuous OTA (Over-the-Air) updates, the robot will keep improving its software capabilities long after purchase.
